Cloud Specialist - AWS Administrator - M365 Administrator - Network Administrator Position
Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the software and systems used throughout the Company, to ensure reliable and scalable functionality.
To be successful in this role the on-site IT Specialist - Cloud Systems will be expected to have a solid understanding of cloud technologies and architecture, as well as knowledge of network and systems administration.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization's AWS cloud infrastructure, configuring and optimizing cloud services, and ensuring the smooth operation of InTune, Defender, and the Microsoft 365 suite Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 suite, and other cloud platforms Specialists are expected to manage their own time, projects, and priorities consistently & effectively, and exhibit self-sufficient problem-solving skills within and outside of their assigned function Specialists are expected to operate independently and autonomously, requiring minimal supervision Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems, including the development of training materials Respond and manage requests using a ticketing system Install, manage, and maintain all software and cloud systems throughout the organization Track and maintain technology equipment using an asset management system Provide support as a resource backup for hardware and infrastructure Participate in the on-call rotation and planned weekend work as required Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Serves as a role model in displaying initiative and assertiveness with positive problem-solving techniques and willingly performs non-assigned duties as needed Ensure departmental and personal projects/deliverables are executed on time and to an exceptional quality standard Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts Travel as required Other duties as assigned Required Education and

4-year degree OR 2-year degree with five years job-related experience Required:
Experience and a good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft 365, or other cloud platforms Preferred:
At least four years of network/systems administration, systems support or related experience Preferred:
Knowledge or understanding of database administration Competencies:

Valid driver's license Compensation Base salary $50,000 annually.
