Production Supervisor - nights

Due to an internal move, our client is looking for an experiencedProduction Supervisor with experience leading and coaching teams in a manufacturing environment. Must be willing to work nights. 3-2-2 12 hour schedule. Responsibilities include ensuring the compliance of safety, quality, and production requirements among team members. This role will participate in numerous managerial functions, including, but not limited to, leading informative meetings, creating work schedules, coach, teach, and development of employees and participating in performance improvement and disciplinary issues.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated but looks at the total process
Lead and direct up to 30 hourly
Knowledgeable about their key performance indicators, scrap levels, throughout, etc.
Be a part of the corrective action, discipline and termination of employees
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Would like to see skills in Lean manufacturing
Requirements
Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's preferred.
5
years experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
No job hoppers
Lean experience preferred
Automotive and/or automated process experience a plus
Supervision experience in a nonunion environment
Experience overseeing 20
people in a manufacturing environment
Looking at local candidates first.
Must be available to work a rotating 3rd shift (3,2,2,3) ), 6pm-6am
2 week schedule
Week 1:
Fri (on), Sat (on), Sun (on), Mon (off), Tues (off),Wed (on), Thurs (on)
Week 2:
Fri (off), Sat (off), Sun (off), Mon (on), Tues (on), Wed (off), Thurs (off)Opportunity for growth.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
